Your Instructor
We’re, Jenny and Lindsey, and we are the founders of Uplevel Your Biz and the yearly Uplevel Your Biz Summit.
We launched our first summit back in 2018 and we immediately fell in love with the platform. We know summits are a valuable way to grow an audience and are passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs launch their virtual summit.
What's Included
Module 1: Summit Foundations
In this module, we focus on the summit foundations. We build your summit 90-day launch plan while also determining your focus, figuring out your target audience, determining the format and more!
Module 2: The Tech
In this module, we will discuss all things tech and let you know the tools you need to run a virtual summit. It is a mix of free and paid tools, but we definitely keep a tight budget in mind.
Module 3: Speaker Outreach + Coordination
In this module, we will talk all about speaker outreach and coordination. We go over creating a successful speaker application to outreach strategies to finalizing your speaker list.
Module 4: Set Up Your Website
In this module, we will get your website all set up. We will review the website basics (all the pages needed to run a summit) to creating landing and tripwire pages to the speaker page design.
Module 5: Affiliate Program
In this module, we are going to show you the ins and outs of having an affiliate program from how to reach out to affiliates to creating your affiliate promotion package to actually setting it up on the tech side of things.
Module 6: Promotion
In this module, we are talking about all things promotion! We will cover the strategy and the materials you need as well as out favorite VIP All-Access Pass bonus and how to get speakers and attendees more involved!
Module 7: During the Summit
In this module, we move on to the during summit phase. We will share our daily summit emails, our view of using a chat box and our secret weapon to continue to build trust with our speakers.
Module 8: Post Summit
In this module, we close up the course by covering what needs to be done post summit. We cover thanking both speakers and attendees to sending out post summit surveys to tying up any loose ends and best practices for paying out affiliates.
